Welcome to Kleczyk / Strout Family Page
To Whom Is Reading the Post:
Thank you for your support and involvement in the 2022 Champion the Cure Challenge Event. You are making a significant impact in the fight with cancer. Thank you!
My husband, JR Strout, and I are participating in the event in the memory of a dear family friend, Madzia Kubik, who unfortunately lost her brave battle with an ovarian cancer on January 17th, 2022. We miss her dearly and think of her daily.
We are also participating in the event in the memory of our beloved uncle, Rick Tillson, who recently lost his brave battle with cancer. We love you and miss you dearly.
Finally, we would like to honor the memory of our grandparents, Stasia and Tadek Kleczyk, Elaine and Bob Strout, and aunt, Melanie Strout Randall who are no longer with us, but in our hearts always.
- Dr. Ewa J. Kleczyk and JR Strout

The next 10 years will be an era of less chemo and more cures, and I’m proud to be helping to bring the latest advancements in care to Maine by participating in Champion the Cure Challenge. The Challenge is northern and eastern Maine’s largest fundraising event, and all the money raised stays in our communities to support patient care and research at the Lafayette Family Cancer Institute and Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.
Cancer touches virtually every individual and family in Maine, but there’s a brighter future ahead for those affected by cancer. By participating in The Challenge, I’m helping to make this future a reality, and I invite others to join me in working to defeat cancer.
